Privacy Policy
PlayGuessGo uses Supabase for authentication and game data, and stores the information needed to run accounts, matches, rankings, social features, collections, and support.
What we store
You can play as a guest or sign in with email, Google, or Apple through Supabase Auth. For registered and OAuth users, Supabase may store the email address attached to the account.
We store user ID, session and account identifiers, display name, avatar key, language settings, account state, and, if you enable notifications, technical device tokens and notification preferences needed to keep you signed in, restore your profile, and send friend challenge alerts.
Gameplay and social data
We store rating, stats, answers, response times, scores, match history, rooms, challenges, friends, friend requests, collections progress, Daily Challenge runs, and Mistake Review data.
If you send feedback or report a question, we store the feedback text or report details needed to review the issue and improve PlayGuessGo.
Analytics and security logs
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand app and page usage, approximate geography, browser, operating system, and device type in an aggregated way. Custom app interaction analytics are off by default; if we enable temporary diagnostics, they stay limited and avoid email, names, question text, feedback text, or ad tracking identifiers.
Supabase auth and security logs may include IP address, user agent, authentication events, and related technical information used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
What we do not collect
PlayGuessGo does not request or collect precise GPS location, contacts, camera access, microphone access, photos, or media library content.
PlayGuessGo does not collect payments, purchases, subscriptions, or advertising identifiers, and we do not show ads.
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, place you in matches and rooms, keep leaderboards accurate, restore your progress, and provide support when requested.
We do not sell player data and we do not use it for ad tracking. We use operational analytics only to keep the product stable, secure, and fast.
Your choices
You can update your profile information inside the app at any time.
If you want your account and stored gameplay data deleted, follow the instructions on the Delete Account page.
